Job requirement

Manage all activities in a shift at assigned store.

Manage all activities of store in working shift as : Control service, food quality and delivery quality (any if); Recognize and give solution for all problem or customer complains, report and ask for SM’s support if
something is out of control.

Check, confirm bill/invoices

Check and ensure the bar book , kitchen and cash book are correctly.

Control cost of electricity, water, gas ... in a scientific and save

To arrange people to receive material/products from factory, supplier or other stores (if any).

Staffing & coaching performance of store staff.

Manage staff to carry out the company rules, regulations…

Job requirement

- Experience in Index of TC, AC, ADS, revenue,business costs

- Product Quality

- 1 to 2 years of in similar position

- Retail F&B experience

- Management knowledge

- Good English skills

-Good communication and presentation skills

-Problem solving skills
