Manage all activities in a shift at assigned store.
- Manage all activities of store in working shift as : Control service, food quality and delivery quality (any if); Recognize and give solution for all problem or customer complains, report and ask for Store Manager’s support if something is out of control.
- Check, confirm bill/invoices; Control cost of electricity, water, gas, ...
- Check and ensure the bar book , kitchen and cash book are correctly.
- To arrange staff to receive material/products from factory, supplier or other stores (if any).
- Staffing & coaching performance of store staff.
- Manage staff to carry out the company rules, regulations.
