  • Citics is looking for a motivated and self-study Assistant Product Director to join communication and coordination to develop a communication platform based on Web Application, Mobile Application for Agents and Real Estate Industry. Citics is a start up company but our people from well-known company such as: VNG, Pyramid Consultant Vietnam, Sendo, Tiki… We are working with Agile methodology, and Project Management Software to making the Best Platform to the Market.
  • The Assistant Product Director will assist in coordinating with Visual Designer, Front end Developer, Back end Developer, Mobile Developer.
  • The Assistant Product Director must be well-organized and able to work cross functionally.Communication skills and attention to detail will set apart the best among the candidates. Add a shot of enthusiasm and passion for the job and you’ll be our ideal candidate.

Job requirement


1. Project Management: • Communicate & Coordinates with Visual designer and Engineering teams to manage productmilestone. • You will be trained Agile methodology and Project Management Software to monitor workloadand timeline of products to make sure the milestone always on track. • Report weekly and monthly: Workload, Timeline, Case-study, Issue of products • Product Launch Support - Support brand/product management team in the development andlaunch of milestones for product. 2. Administration• Prepare, synthesize and send necessary invoices and documents: when TechnologyDepartments has purchase activities such as: Price list, contract, proposal, payment, purchaseinvoice, acceptance and liquidation record.• Assist other administration tasks for Product Director. 3. Analysis and Research 

You will be trained to: • Assist market research to inform assortment planning, merchandising, and platform strategies.This includes landscape assessments (4 P’s / 6 C’s or 9P’s, SWOT analysis), trend spotting, competitive intelligence analysis, and industry analysis. Identify whitespace opportunities to inform platform roadmap, drive revenue and increase profit. Make recommendations and assist in implementation, as needed. • Assist Customer Research – Assist in the development and execution of user learning plans,including survey design, programming, QA and analysis, to advise product team on customerneeds and validate product marketing concepts and claims • Analysis – Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed• Collaborates with Marketing to order and organize product samples for trade shows• Coordinates Sales and Marketing Kits for Sales reps and PR requests as new pre-production samples become available.• Supports sales and rep force with sample shipping needs for key meetings and presentations.• Supports special-make projects and customer presentations as needed.

 PROFICIENCIES • Strong interest in user-design center platform, product management and passion for the RealEstate. • Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problemprevention and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.• Good listening skills.• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing and in person. • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.• Agile experience is a plus.• Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels.• Can work effectively under pressure.• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines. • Ability to study and apply new information.• Possess a work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field• Experience in the real estate industry or IT industry preferred.
