Get to know the Role:
The day-to-day activities:
Marketing and brand strategy
Provide innovative marketing strategy to sustainably grow business (New Business Segment)
Responsible in leading growth in consumer base for Grab’s business
Drive online and offline media strategy: Manage content strategy and relationships with key stakeholders (social, creative, PR) to develop innovative or inspiring output
Develop marketing channel
End-to-end campaign management (planning, execution, tracking and measuring of marketing campaigns) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across various functions and departments
Lead and guide continuous improvement on Go-To-Market plan and channel strategy for all marketing campaigns, promotions, strategic initiatives and partnership
Developing customer personas, problem and solution
Develop customer personas, pain point via data collection and validation
Identify behavioral driven problem and proposed solution
Tailoring communications messages in each campaign to connect relevant targeted personas
Data analytics
Assist in insight analysis from research, market understanding and campaign post mortem
The Must Haves:
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration Min.4-5 years of experience in marketing experience, both on strategic planning and execution. Successful track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
Customer-centric mindset with keen sense of analysing problems and solving them
Familiar with marketing mix from ATL, BTL to TTL
Results-oriented and data-driven: Ability to make data-informed decisions for marketing plan
Thrives in ultrafast-paced tech/digitally-inclined environment
Interested in new technology and have an open-mind towards rapid future developments in the digital space. Love to challenge the norm. Highly nimble.
Critical and analytical thinking skills with sound understanding of marketing principles and message positioning
Ability to insightfully brief and direct creative materials based on audience, medium and channel
Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media campaigns, integrated marketing, mobile marketing and direct marketing campaigns.
