* Job Functions:

· Assist in Production Management:

• Support the Manufacturing Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Ensure that production processes are carried out in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

· Team Supervision:

• Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and addressing any staff issues promptly.

· Quality Control:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control processes and procedures.
• Monitor production quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications.

· Resource Management:

• Help manage the inventory of raw materials, supplies, and finished products.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

· Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the manufacturing operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices and other efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

· Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all manufacturing activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for staff to maintain a safe working environment.

· Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory levels, and other relevant data.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance and issues to the Manufacturing Manager.
