Manage and supervise all GrabFood Indonesia social media channel & campaign, collaborate and work closely with GrabFood marketing team, creative, ops, special project, sales, and merchant partner to create all GrabFood content, campaign and activities. Help to supervise and manage content plan for GrabFood social media with different approach in each channel. Experience handling food related brand and social media channel. Have a broad understanding and knowledge of foodie KOL, community, and lifestyle KOL is a big point.
Get to know the Role:
Manage, grow, and handling GrabFood social media campaign, content, & channel:
Translate GrabFood regional social media playbook to clear strategy and content development that relate with GrabFood identity and potential audience interest in Indonesia
Able to collaborate & engage day-to-day with GrabFood Marketing team to ensure all campaign and initiative run smoothly and achieved the business objective
Have a many initiative idea, big passion in social media, and high quality standard for works and campaign
Deep knowledge about social media channel, insight, newest update, audience interest and type of best performance content in each channel.
Monitor trends and keep updated with social media fast growing environment
Develop best in class social media content for food category and up for a challenge to become a best in class in content, engagement, and credibility
Ensuring a best in class social media strategy and content development for GrabFood, and able to create a different content approach compare to competitor or others brand in food category
Coordinate and lead the planning of social media campaigns, ensuring customer acquisition and supporting brand and business objective across the company’s portfolio
Act as the advocate of social media integration within the Company, influencing overall site and GrabFood business strategy
Provide insights, benchmarks and analyse data from food category social media universe, to inform company-wide decision-making and commercial campaign targets are met especially for GrabFood
