The day-to-day activities:

1. Ambassador of Garbtaxi brand

  • Controling and ensuring for staff work at the support points for Drivers and booking ride point consistent about uniform of Grabtaxi.
  • Training for staff wok in the company’s process and behavior professional.
  • Receiving and consulting who want to intall application grabtaxi for the Drivers, passengers at the support points for Drivers and booking ride points
  • Recognition and solving of inquiries or complaints from the drivers and foward the infomation to departments so that support for them

2. Finance

  • Controling and guiding for staff receive and pay cash for the Drivers are using Grabtaxi application.
  • Calculating cash flow about receive and pay cash each of the support points to allocate reasonable and safety for company.

3. Sales

  • Guiding for staff us Grabtaxi application and other servies about banking to support for Drivers
  • Supporting for the Drivers how to get the first pick up and drop off
  • Motivating for staff work and complete taget of booking Tax, install app at the booking ride points
  • Telesales for Drivers when have requirement from Verticals as file additional and invited to train for the Drivers ( if any )

4. Taxi & Bike Allocate

  • Booking Ride forecast at the booking ride points so that direct for staff booking taxi to pick up all passenger at rush hour
  • Maintaining and building good relationships with the drivers in my area manage to support for the booking ride points
  • Catch up with the drivers & passenger behavior at the booking ride points so that have solution for each of point to complete target.

5. Business development

  • Responsible for developing the support points for Drivers at area assigned from manager
  • Building operation standards for the support points for Drivers to service for Verticals
  • Hiring and guiding for staff about working process to support for Verticals

The must haves:

  • Communicate the exact information about regulations and policies of the company for Drivers..
  • Ensure 100% the driver can use GrabTaxi applications and activities.
  • Make a commitment receive and pay cash for a driver to be completed within 5 minutes
  • Ensure the brand awareness for Grabtaxi inside and outside at points of support
  • Responsible for evaluation the status operational each of points of support and make solution so that everything better

Requirement & Skills:

  • The ability to manage the movable support point
  • The ability to build and train the team work and follow the process
  • The ability to negotiate with staff & partner
  • Observing and thinking to solve unexpected situations at the movable support point
  • Management to works, events of staff and flow transactions at points of support
  • The ability to detect and prevent risks.
