Oversee and manage the operation of the Cooperative, including responsible for achieving the target of Cooperatives and maintaining quality and service.
Plan, implement and manage Cooperative strategies to support cooperative goals, vision and mission.
Responsible for creating and monitoring implementation of standard operating procedures to all personnel of the Cooperative and accordance policies.
Essential Functions
Leadership work closely with the caretaker commission in decision making and strategic planning for the Co-op.
Be the person-in-charge, Lead, manage a team and mentor staff accordingly Collaborate with business development for Co-op nationwide guidelines and strategic approaches.
Establish and maintain excellent interdepartmental cooperation and functioning. Participate in development of annual operating, capital and cash budgets for the Co-op.
Ensure compliance with government regulation, fulfillment document, correct and/or report irregularities as required by governmental regulation.
