You will be part of an exciting BD team which is responsible for acquiring, growing and managing the accounts of key merchants for GrabFood Singapore.
The day-to-day activities:
Responsible for defining the corporate sales strategy for GrabFood
Responsible for Business Development strategy and engagement programs to maintain merchant and non merchant supply & improve merchant and non merchant relationship
Market map and prioritize a target list based on overall GrabFood objectives
Work with the Account Management team to develop strategies to increase revenue and cross-sell different product verticals to merchants
Work with the different functions within Business Development team and ensure the team can achieve their targets
Coordinate with different functions (Country BD, Transport, Marketing, Business Analytics, etc) within the Company to ensure alignment and coherence across business units
Responsible for monitor end-to-end deal making/ deal closing both for Merchant and Non Merchant
Responsible for developing strong relationships with National key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy
Responsible for evaluating strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis
Responsible for oversee process of plan, manage, and monitor the result of partnership event/projects
The must haves:
Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management or equivalent
An exceptional track record in driving revenue growth
At least 5 years' experience in Business Development or Business Management
Some experience in Account Management is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
Experience in dealing and supporting senior level management
Strong analytical and planning skills
Ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs
Excellent problem-solving skills
Having experience in accounts management, partnership, and alliances
Great interpersonal skills and negotiation power
