You will be working with the Internal Comms Manager and the larger Communications team. Internal Comms is a relatively new set-up at Grab, so you will have the opportunity incubate this new function together. Get to know the Role:
- In this role, you will be supporting the development and management of a program of Internal Communications across the region. This includes monthly global livestreams, an employee advocacy program, leadership videos and organizational and executive communications. You will also have a hand in creating new initiatives and shaping existing initiatives for the better.
- You will be supporting the curation, creation and coordination of content to increase engagement and alignment across our 11 offices worldwide.
- You will work with leadership, and across various teams and countries to get the right stories to serve at the right time .
- We have infrastructure in place, and we are now geared toward bringing the function to the next level - so this role will be best for those who are creative, comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful and who possess a ‘find a way, or make a way’ attitude
The day-to-day activities:
- Support the leading of monthly global livestream agendas across our 11 markets - working closely with the leadership office, in-country People Operations teams, IT teams and Internal Communications Manager
- Manage and scale the employee advocacy program – working with the working team and the advocates, curating content, conducting pulse checks on success metrics
- Develop content and work with Creative teams on filming leadership and Grabbers for videos
- Craft leadership and business communications and cascading them organization-wide through engaging mediums and modes
- Gather data from different offices on their communications needs and propose hyperlocal communications experiences as needed
- Support the planning of the content calendar for various internal communications initiatives and the execution of them
The must haves:
- 2 to 5 years of working experience
- Independent, resourceful and possessing good interpersonal skills
- Expert multi-tasker, detail-oriented and experience with project management - you will be working with various teams across Grab and the region, managing events and multiple timelines.
- Clear and business-savvy communicator – you will be working across regions and with leadership, so communicating clearly and understanding the business quickly is a must.
