Assistant Director of Sales - MICE

• Meet with customers and expand the market (including both customer segments and business partners...)

• Coordinate with relevant departments/units to implement Marketing programs for domestic hotels.

• Manage and update customer data. Maintain regular interaction and meetings with customers to build relationships and seek partnership opportunities.

• Use business reports of domestic hotels to evaluate business effectiveness, thereby providing consulting on pricing, formats, and methods to promote sales of services such as conferences and seminars.

• Participate in weekly meetings of the business department, present business plans, and handle room requests/quotation requests from customers.

• Perform other tasks as directed/requested by direct supervisors and/or as required by higher authorities from time to time.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a MICE-focused role.

• Experience in luxury or international hotel brands is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MICE markets and corporate sales channels.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with a result-driven approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce).

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
