ASSISTANT COMPLIANCE & EHS MANAGER

Job requirement

Compliance:

- Review documents, recommend ideas, and follow up progress

- Arrange customer’s audit schedule with factories

- Review Factory / 3rd party audit report & prepare updated report

- Review factory CAP, provide recommendation, solution and assist factories to prepare for Customer / Customer 3rd Party Audit

- Conduct Social Compliance, C-TPAT Brand Protection etc.remediation audits for factory improvement.

- Submit all related Audit Reports to superiors and related departments

- Assist factories to develop Self-Assessment Program

- Arrange Training & Seminar activities

- Follow up customer’s program / project status

- Accomplish other tasks assigned by superiors

- Maintain information and knowledge flow between customers & third party monitoring firms, and all other related sections

- Collect, update information, and share information & details of related issues

- Take charge of the Social Compliance Manuals

- Make contact with related personnel, customers, and firms

EHS:

- Support HSE Manager to develop HSE policy & procedures, HSE document, HSE work instructions, safety operation.

- Create, record and support and manage some activities of 5S, continual improvement. (ex: inspection, take picture, collect picture for posting on the information board, …)

- Responsible for control document position and support for safety training.

- Arrange and support in organizing all HSE training material or document such as :First Aid, Fire Fighting, Procedures, Work Instruction…ect.

- Collect and update new laws and/or pictures related to SHE to consult to plant.

- Check and prepare some banner or signals related to SHE in needed area of plant.

- Responsible for handling the waste which is being created during the production and environmental protection.

- EMS management, collect/deliver/update on the environmental standards and relevant environmental regulations from outside

Job requirement

  •  Male: Age: 30-45 years old
  •  Academic level: Engineering of Environmental/Technical 
  •  Experience: at least 5 years working in PrintingGarments/Footwear manufacturing company
  •  Language: good command of English
  •  Good computer skill
  •  Prefer candidate have experience in: GMI/ mellow color/ PSO/TQP/ Smeta or related to Printing Standards.
