• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to drive market share and brand growth.
• Support the end-to-end process of new product development (NPD), including market research, concept testing, product formulation, packaging, pricing, and launch execution.
• Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Production, to ensure smooth product launches.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, in-store promotions, and trade marketing channels.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, sales data, and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with external agencies for advertising, media, and creative development.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
Yêu cầu:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG, confectionery, or food & beverage industry.
• Proven experience in supporting or leading new product development initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, trade marketing).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong passion for branding and innovation.
