Get to know the Role:
Planning and executing all Asset maintenance activities to do excellent ratio about service, Insurance claim and accident etc . Asset Maintenance Leads activities include but not limiting to field, control Pool etc.
The day-to-day activities:
- Control warehouse operation for the vehicle swap
- Check the condition of the vehicle before it is stored in warehouse
- Monitor all accident and insurance claim
- Validate the number of vehicle is according with what is recorded in the system
- Take care of all vehicles to be ready for swap process
- Monitors all day to day operations in warehouse
- Liaise with another department to release swap-ready unit at the soonest
- Attain lowest cost and maintain quality (readiness and cleanliness) for the vehicle maintenance
The must haves:
- Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering, automotive or electronics
- Have leadership and integrity
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to speak in English
- Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Have a knowledge about automotive and experience about engineering
- Experience as Head of Pool or Fleet Management for at least 5 years
- Preferably has experience working in car rental, or taxi business to manage pool or fleet
- Minimum 6- 8 years of experience in similar position
