Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible in day to day asset maintenance's data collection, monitoring, reporting as well as giving insights towards sets of datas.
The day-to-day activities:
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct data where necessary
- Monitoring data service, accident rate and remaining swap
- Reporting service level, accident rate and remaining swap
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
The must haves:
- Candidate must posses min. bachelor degree from Management, Mathematic, Statistic or related major
- At least having 2 years experience reporting data
- Proficient with Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint)
- Good knowledge of Ms. Excel formulation (VLookup, Pivot, HLookup)
- Good in database management and have attention to details
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Proactive and have ability to work well in fast paced working environment
- Tech savvy
