Experience:
Ensure assembly processes are well documented, measured, and optimized.
Continuously evaluate and improve assembly methods to increase productivity and product quality.
Prepare, update, and manage technical documentation and work instructions.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and participate in 5S & Safety programs at the workshop.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in assembly methods, process engineering, or manufacturing.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documents in English is a plus.
