Sales Admin Leader (North)

The day-to-day activities:

• Manage team responsible for registration, training and activation of walk-in customers
• Supervise data entry of customers into customer management system
• Supervise documentation and filing of customer registration documents
• Maintain and generate sales and customer activity reports
• Conduct customer care calls
• Plan and organize customer engagement activities

The must haves:

• At least 5 years experience in Sales (2-3 years experience at management position)
• Willing to take business trip when needed
• Experience in FMCG, transportation, financial service, insurance, real estate fields is a plus
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Experience in negotiating with a large number of partners is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under high pressure, work away from home
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations
• Organized and excellent administrative skills
• Strong leadership skills and possess good team spirit
