Area Sales Manager

Mô tả công việc

  • Setting up KPIs, allocating targeted revenue for Sales team. Planning and monitoring sales activities at to ensure the effectiveness and to achieve targeted revenue.
  • Be responsible for annual sales plan and tactics towards the targeted revenue.
  • Team management: Coaching, training and leading sales team to develop their skills and improve their ability.
  • Guiding and supporting Sales supervisors/ Representative in certain case when dealing with customers to maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Giving the appropriate guidelines to Sales Supervisors/Sales Representatives to solve customers’/ consumers' complaints and to ensure keeping the good relationships with customers/consumers.
  • Gathering, analysing and evaluating market information and suggest prompt actions to changes.
  • Monitoring trade marketing programs to push sales performance and measure ROI.
  • Protect and secure company's outlets within assigned areas, especially from rivals.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University degree in Business Administration/Economics
  • At least 3-year of working experience as Management level in FMCG
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership and managing skills
  • Good analytical thinking, presentation and convincing skills
  • Work well under pressure and irregular working hours.
  • Good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Pc knowledge (office)
