  • Searche for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions through many sources such as attending social events, professional events and other activities…
  • Implement all steps required for project selling as per company policy (as a salesman), such as: contact customers for detailed information, work with internal support teams for PPD, PIF, prepare information for bidding, following contract with customers…
  • Base on each specific customer/project to have efficient plan to approach customer to ensure good taking care of customer as well.
  • Attend bidding as required of specific project.
  • Propose price matrix of specific project then get approval from BOD.
  • Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client).
  • Monitor change orders and variations/ make contract addendums and price variation accordingly.
  • Keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs, analyze and do proper action plan.
  • Develop and grow long-term relationships with old customers and ensure customers data is always ready.
  • Prepare kinds of reports: sales report, Lost quote report (LQR) and other related to management board.
  • Manage policy implementation in the department and propose changes (if any) when it is necessary for the company.
  • Provide training and orientation for sales team to ensure sales force adapt to changes of the market, customer satisfaction and help the team achieve assigned objectives.
  • Follow up and support subordinates and finance department on payment and L/C.
  • Develop and motivate Sales Engineer team.

Job requirement

  • University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture with strong selling abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of sales techniques with min 5 years in Sales
  • Experience in project based selling (Buildings Construction or Steel Buildings is preferred)
  • Good product knowledge.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making and leadership ability combined with an analytical and creative mind to evaluate new opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English in speaking and writing.
