Area Sales Manager ( Bắc Ninh )

  • Team size of 90 (grade M2) to 180 (grade M1) Direct Sales Agent
  • Timely execution/ implementation of Strategic decisions and plans
  • Set Sales plan in line with Company Sales target and effective execution
  • Identifying gaps & opportunities and take proper action to maximize sales achievement
  • Implement “FAIR” and “BEST” practices to run business and ensure “QUALITY” along with “QUANTITY”
  • Cost effective
  • Maintain Healthy delinquency
  • Motivation of team and Retention of Talented Staff
  • Training and grooming of Sales Staff
  • Have deep understanding and fully Comply with Company Regulations and Policy
  • Update on market & competitor’s practices and suggest best, feasible solutions for business
  • Ensure Compliance Standards and quality Service to the Customer’s
  • Demonstrate Professional, Considerate, Co-operative and constructive Attitude & Behavior when working with Staff, Colleague’s, Customer’s etc…
  • Other tasks assigned (related to business)

Yêu cầu công việc

Background

• University degree

• At least 06 years of experience, with minimum 03 years of experience in managing sales team at Finance Company/ Bank/ Insurance or FMCG Industry

• Experience in managing big teams
