Job description

1. Area Sales Executive (Nhân viên kinh doanh khu vực): 01

  • Build up and keep good relationship with customer ;
  • Searching and opening new customer (Dealer, retail shop, chain store,...);
  • Build up good image for Tenda brand;
  • Support customer to solve their problem for any product query (If any;
  • Analyse the market and competitors sales movement: Promotion, new product,...;
  • Propose promotion plan to support customer;
  • Support IT to arrange training;
  • Support Marketing organise workshop or event;
  • Submit daily and quarterly report to Director

2. Networking SMB salesman (Nhân viên kinh doanh dự án): 01

  • Consult and sell products to SMB deals;
  • Build and develop SMB Accounts:
    o Take care of Non-name accounts
    o Search for new customers and build them to become own accounts.
  • Consult and persuade customers of competitors to become own SMB accounts;
  • Participate in building Networking business stratergy & plan;
  • Propose business and SMB customer development model & plan;
  • Propose Marketing activities such as Customer exhibition, participate in customer product training & exhibition
  • Looking, maintaining and developing relationship with SMB project customer;
  • Receive and process the information based on customer requirement;
  • Support distributor and customer in deploying SMB project;
  • Research on Tenda & Competitor SMB Networking product;

Job requirement

  • Diploma degree or above. Knowledge of IT industry is advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience, preferably in networking or IT or CCTV products,...
  • Good command at English (Chinese is a plus);
  • Communication skills, negotiate skills, team player;
  • Have a personal laptop;
  • Priority given to candidate from Hochiminh City and Hanoi;
