Job requirement

  • Take the responsibility of project sales in Mekong area so that it achieves its short and long-term area project sales objectives, in order to reach the sales targets and wining iconic projects in Mekong area.
  • Coordinates with other teams (Solution sales, Technical support, Distribution sales, Weber sales), departments in branches related to sales activities to meet company’s objectives.
  • The role will work individually but the candidate has to prove the potential of strong leadership and will ready to lead the team as far as the sale can achieve the company target and when there is a need to recruit more team members for the area.
  • Organize the project sales activities which is suitable with the policy in each period deployed by company strategy in order to reach the sales targets and wining iconic projects in the area.
  • Be responsible for managing, developing sales in allocated area and achieve sales target, customer satisfaction as well as company benefits.
  • Establish strategic partnership with key stake holders such as developers, main- contractors, Subcontractors, segment focused hotel, residential, office and industrial.
  • Build up and fully execute strategy, long-term and short-term plan to ensure the development of volume, coverage, brand equity of Company in project sales.

Job requirement

·    University degree/ MBA or Civil engineer

·    Rich experiences in building materials activity and construction market, capable to understand project sales process, procedure.

·    Strong influencing skills, and be confident to approach senior and top management level of project developers.

·    Be able to work with cross functional organizations, excellent coordination ability and strong interpersonal skill.

·    Professional communication and presentation skills.

·    Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are compulsory required.

·    Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.

·    Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.

·    Excellent in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese & English.

·    Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
