Why is there a need for this position?
To be part of the new Account Receivable Collections arm that will be responsible for managing all of the accounts receivables under the Financing Team
Financing team requires a dedicated headcount to be in charge of post due-date collection processes: contacting of reseller for payment, initiate further escalation if needed
What are the targets for this role? What does this person have to achieve in 6-12 months?
To help the Financing Team maintain an organized and structured process in managing the accounts receivables
Help achieve a lower rate of account receivable write-offs
Potentially widen the scope to be responsible for all accounts receivables under Ninja Direct
1. Responsible for monitoring account receivables, collections and negotiating effective repayment structures across markets
2. Responsible in reviewing the collection of the general account and determining the accounts that require escalation
3. Making calls/visits to follow up on non-payments when necessary
4. Provides exceptional service while being empathetic when evaluating customers' situations to provide relevant solutions
Minimum 2 years of working experience, having collections or finance background is a bonus or experience in a customer-facing service role
High level of resourcefulness and adaptability
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Possess strong organizational skills, is meticulous and takes initiative
