AR ACCOUNTANT - 1-YEAR TEMPORARY

-Validate outgoing invoices by ensuring correctly charge codes and compliance with tax's requirements before issuing invoices

- Follow up local customers, its credit for pushing payments timely

-Recording bank daily and do allocation accuracy every bank/cash collection to keep update report in systems

-Follow up end-to-end accounting transactions

-Generate and send statement to local credit customers periodically

-Monitor accounting data after posting from system to ensure accuracy and no error occur

-Organize and store accounting documents and invoices in compliance with regulations.

-Prepare Local Aging report weekly

-Others ad-hoc task from manager

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook

- Graduate from University in Accounting/Finance field

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiastic, team player and customer focus

- Can do attitude and ability to work under pressure

- Basic English communications: reading, writing
