Job requirement
Possess a Degree in Aquaculture/fisheries or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales of aquaculture health, nutrition, and pond management products.
Knowledge of local aquaculture practices and species (e.g., shrimp, tilapia, catfish, pangasius).
Conduct pond visits to monitor product performance and offer corrective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, product feedback, and technical issues.
Work closely with the technical, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure product availability, marketing support, and after-sales service.
Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, seminars, and technical workshops.
Ability to speak and write English
Able to work independently
Good customer and distributor contacts.
