Application Development Sr.Executive

POSITION PURPOSE :

Support the team leader and work with the team on developing and implementing IT software solution, in contribution to fulfill business objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Accountabilities :

• Analyze the business specs / technical specs of the assigned projects to develop the systems which meet requirement and timing.
• Support the team leader on technical analysis to meet user requirements as well as support co-worker on technical issues to complete the assigned projects / tasks on timely manner.
• R&D and analyses the feasibility of the IT projects on business / technical aspects, to suggest right alternatives, as well as ensuring quality / functionalities of developed systems meeting company requirement and schedule.
• Investigate and answer daily enquiries on systems functional as well as problem encountered.
• In charge of function test on enhancements / new projects under responsibility to ensure developed modules are matched with business specs.
• Assist users/team leader on building test scripts to cover all test cases.

• Qualification:
  • University Graduate, major in Information Technology.
  • English certificate at least level B.
• Experience
  • 2+ years experience developing either mobile apps for Android or web/desktop applications.
  • Experience with Android SDK
• Knowledge:
  • Excellent working knowledge of an objective oriented language (Java, C++, Objective-C, C#, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
  • Solid understanding of the Android ecosystem and familiarity with Android APIs
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript a plus

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS :

Internal interface

All company employee. Particularly in Operations Division, Agency Administration Department, and Financial Division will be internal clients of this jobholder.

External Interface

External contacts will include software vendor and consultants.

CHALLENGES :

• Multi task projects, enhancements and production issues to progress concurrently, manage conflicts the resource and time schedule, amongst the various demands.
• The fast growing information technology, demands the jobholder to keep up to date with ever-changing knowledge and skills.
• Work under high pressure.
