Salary:
Objective (1)
To create and implement needed antifraud policies and processes for e-wallet product, lending products for unsecured/secured portfolio and other fraud related areas. To establish a new antifraud team for process and analysis for FinTech start-up company. Control and manage fraud attempts that will help to contribute to the overall credit performance.

Key accountabilities (2)
- To establish basic antifraud process and policy and share with COO for the execution for e-wallet product.
- Verifying fraudulent detections identified by the system and detecting system anomalies.
- Participation in product development and ensure that basic antifraud policies are implemented in client acquisition channels.
- Improving processes and bringing new ideas how to control fraud attempts.
- Define key fraud indicators for e-wallet and lending products and establish their proper monitoring.
- Define daily/weekly/monthly triggers for early warning system which will be focus on online and offline channels.
- Define basic policies for lending portfolio for secured and unsecured products.
- Manage welcome calls activities and mystery shopping together with Security department.
- Capacity planning, hiring, staff development.
- Actively manage performance of all subordinated teams by setting clear objectives and KPIs, coaching and managing against these.
Experiences and competencies (4)
- University degree
- At least 5 years’ experience as data analytics manager, risk underwriting manager, risk manager, antifraud manager or senior antifraud analyst.
- Familiar with various external data used in banking or consumer finance sector in underwriting process.
- Managerial experience. Ability to lead and motivate staff to high productivity and efficiency of team up to 10 people.
- Rich experience in relational database operations (SQL, SAS, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with statistical software such as SAS, R, SPSS and others.
- Pro-active and enthusiastic approach to providing leadership and direction to peers and subordinates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Presentation skills to communicate with top management and other business units.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Organized. Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-confidence. Self-motivated and goal driven. Orientation toward results.
