Get to know the Role:

  • You will provide consulting and interpretation of market and research data and turn it into key actionable items to be executed.
  • Leads both arms of Strategic Planning & Business Analytics in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing local operations & performance.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Drive deep into understand the supply side of the business and provide recommendations to improve key metrics of the company

  • Design market intelligence metrics and performance measurement dashboards.

  • Develop frameworks to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations, and assess impact of proposed solutions

  • Perform analysis; research plans to support decision making process

  • Able to partner closely with all business stakeholders (especially vertical, operation, business support, sales, marketing...) to set and implement strategy

  • Manage end-to-end data projects; identifying issues, gathering information from various sources, analyzing data, interpreting patterns, and trends with the purpose of generating insights about the market.

  • Conduct industry analysis and research with respect to competitive market trends to drive business insights

  • Support to design and refine pricing and incentives schemes.


The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of overall business strategy including market trends and business analytics.

  • Good in written and spoken English

  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in Management Consulting / Business Intelligence / Market Research / investment banking

  • Experience in business analysis

  • Experience in data extraction and manipulation

  • Ability to use data visualization to create meaningful insights.

  • High level of adaptability in working in a high pressure working environment

  • Dependable and reliable with timely follow-up skills

  • Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly.
