We’re looking for someone who puts the customer first, and is passionate about providing a rich engaging experience for the customer to enjoy each and every time they return to Tiki. We want someone who is passionate about knowing their customer. We need a strong collaborative designer who loves to bring new and exciting features to reality.

What you will do:

• Develop detailed deliverables (wireframes, flows, prototypes, design comps, visual specs, etc.) that effectively communicate designs to graphic designers, Campaign team and Product team.
• Work closely with other graphic designers, business analyst, product manager to deliver mockups, and find the balance between art and usability. Comfortable producing mockups quickly and reviewing in collaborative sessions with the product team, with fast turnaround.
• Create compelling visual directions based on sound design principle, market analysis, customer feedback, metrics, and usability findings.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive products and experiences as well as trends and best practices in UX design.
