- Cập nhật, lập báo cáo nghiên cứu các dự án mới tại thị trường phía Bắc và theo yêu cầu.

- Đưa ra ý tưởng, đề xuất liên quan đến các hoạt động marketing dựa trên công tác nghiên cứu thị trường thu được (Develop ideas and proposals related to marketing activities based on insights gathered from market research.)

- Làm việc với nhà thầu/đối tác thực thi các hoạt động marketing, đảm bảo công việc theo đúng kế hoạch.

(Coordinate with contractors/partners to execute marketing activities, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to the planned schedule)

- Sản xuất tư liệu truyền thông, thiết kế hình ảnh phục vụ các kênh social dự án và công tác marketing.

(Produce communication materials and design visuals to support project social media channels and marketing activities)

- Phối hợp triển khai các mini-event, event lớn phục vụ công tác bán hàng và truyền thông thương hiệu.

(Coordinate the implementation of mini-events and large-scale events to support sales activities and brand communication)

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kinh Tế, Quản Trị Kinh Doanh, Marketing hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.

(Graduated from university or higher, majoring in fields such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fieds are preferred)

-        Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bất động sản

-        (At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry)

-        Biết sử dụng các phần mềm chỉnh sửa ảnh: Photoshop, Illustrator và các phần mềm chỉnh sửa hình ảnh tương tự

-        (Proficient in using photo editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar editing tools.)

-        Có khả năng sử dụng các công cụ dựng video là 1 lợi thế

-        (Ability to use video editing tools is an advantage)

-        Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh thành thạo

-        (Foreign languages: proficiency in English.)
