Administrative Specialist

Job requirement

• Arrange business transportation and travel accommodations for company staff and process expense forms.

• Interpretation and translation for director during visiting factories, business trip and common meeting, site survey.

• Co-ordinate and assist national staff (and expatriates) in obtaining travel documents, travel insurance file for staff and visitors; passports, entry visas, work permit, resident card.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings so they can run smoothly. This may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available, for example equipment, food, and drinks…

• Assist for office renovation. Make sure office spaces clean and tidy (floor; carpet; lights…) by contact to suppliers for making these all clean.

• Purchase and maintain office supplies. Monitor office expenditures; handle all office contracts (rental contract, service agreement etc.)

• Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability.

• Assist to screen CV in recruitment. Arrange interview for Team Manager with candidates.

• Assist to prepare some HR report to submit to Social Dept. and Department of labor, Invalid, and Social Affairs.

• Update employees database; prepare/renew labor contract for employees; ORG Chart.

• Update list of new/terminal employee to Insurance broker time to time.

• Monitor the company's employee benefits (and conduct case by case).

Job requirement

• University or College Degree 

• Professional HR qualification is preferred

• 1-2 years of relevant ADMIN experience 

• Good in spoken and written English, communication in Chinese is priority

• Software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Commitment and dedicate in job, be able to travel on business trip (local & international)

• Good communication skills possess team group co-operation and high sense of responsibility.

• Being team player, energetic, well organized and able to work under high pressure, participate in challenging duty.
