Experience:
1. ADMIN TASKS
a. Report daily attendance and order meals for all employees working at MPS
b. Arrange company cars and taxi cards to users
c. Manage the stationery for all employees in the MPS Office.
d. Manage office hygiene, meeting rooms and refreshment for meetings
e. Proceed the payment vouchers of all administrative expenses: Car rental, Taxi fares, Electricity fee; Water Consumption, Drinking water, phone expenses, courier expenses, meal expenses….
f. Cooperate with team to organize internal events.
2. RECEPTION TASKS
a. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person.
b. Answer, screen and forwards incoming phone calls to right persons.
c. Handle Company’s stamp.
d. Monthly updating telephone list.
e. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries.
3. Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to Map
Knowledge and education level:
- Graduated in a related field

- Fluent in English and computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Working independently & under high pressure
- Able to approach the others, patient, dedicating to job
- Strong customer service skills
Experience :
3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position
