Job requirement

Document submission (submit to ED Division Head/ PSD Department Head for approval)

Notification about Income Document and Outcome Document

Taking meeting minutes for the weekly meetings every Monday and other meeting minutes (if any)

Make payments for the ED Division and/or the PSD Department.

Job requirement

Education: University in foreign Business Administration, Office Administration....

Experience: 1-2 years working in administration fields.

English: Intermediate

Specialized skills: MS office, Organization skill, Coordination skill, Can work under high pressure

*Note: Workplace: The candidate will be working on the Hong Hac Project in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh (near Hanoi). The company provides a shuttle bus service to transport employees

Working time: Mon-Fri
