Job requirement

  • Overall processing of the order: quotation, order creation via TÜV Rheinland systems and tools or clients’ systems if required.
  • Travel arrangements for on-site inspection team.
  • Follow up equipment status with related team.
  • Order necessary equipment for inspection team.
  • Monthly Data Summary Records
  • Prepare the required documents, preparation, implementing and approving status.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal/ external parties to assure the projects are planned, prepared and conducted timely and smoothly in compliance with all applicable requirements.
  • Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.

Job requirement

Education

  • Business Administration background and or Customer Services working experience

Experience & further Qualifications 

  • At least 01-year experience in administrative or customer service role.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
  • Good communication
  • Good time and project management skills.
  • Good problem solving, statistic
