Job requirement

  • Training Operation:
    • Organizing and logistic arrangement for inhouse training and external training (meeting room booking, room setting up, meal, parking fee, participant list and training memo release, following up training quotation/contract..);
    • Preparing all training materials, L&D resources in related to L&D operation;
    • Supporting to search/work with external training service in related to L&D training execution;
    • Supporting to promote e-learning courses in LXP;
    • Following up & making sure all of them will be arranged smoothly.
  • Payments:
    • Handling all administration duties in relation to online approval, e-claim,  purchase order, good received note for L&D activities to make sure that all the mentioned tasks get done smoothly.
  • Reports:
    • Inputting participant training record, training hour, training coverage, training budget is up to date, correct and timely;
    • Following up & tracking report all HVN.
  • Ad hocs
    • Coordinating on organizing workshops as request;
    • Other duties in related to L&D as assigned by L&D Manager
