Job requirement

Job Objective

  • Support the implementation of marketing activities to promote the company’s Australian accounting services.

  • Manage, coordinate, and monitor the quality of marketing work when collaborating with external partners.

  • Ensure progress and quality of marketing projects for both the company and partner companies.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Marketing Support

  • Assist in managing content on the company’s website, fanpage, LinkedIn, and email marketing.

  • Coordinate with internal teams/partners to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor and update lead data, support performance reporting.

  • Manage posting schedules and review images/content before publishing.

Marketing Project Management with Partners

  • Act as the main point of contact with agencies, freelancers, and marketing service providers.

  • Track progress and control the quality of deliverables (design, content, advertising, website, etc.).

  • Ensure partner deliverables meet requirements in terms of content, branding, and timelines.

  • Support campaign evaluation, consolidate results, and suggest improvements.

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare, maintain, and track contracts/payment requests related to marketing.

  • Manage the marketing budget and monitor monthly/quarterly expenses.

  • Consolidate and report on marketing performance to management.

Job requirement

  • College/University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Assistant/Admin Marketing/Coordinator.

  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content, etc.).

  • Strong skills in project management, progress tracking, and partner coordination.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and analytical skills.

  • Good command of English (especially in reading/writing to support marketing for the Australian market).
