Job requirement

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Issuing invoices and coordinating accounting docs with Accounting firm as required
  • Working with outsourcing auditor/accounting firm to work with Tax Department, DPI and so on
  • Coordinating with outsourcing accounting firm and internal departments to prepare monthly financial statements, quarterly reports to related parties, CIT & PIT finalization
  • Payment request and Payroll
  • Cash Management in office
  • Managing documents and contracts regarding to any company activity
  • Reviewing all company’s contracts before the CEO review
  • Managing office purchases and maintenance
  • Supporting CEO for some tasks if needed

Job requirement


  • Native in Vietnamese and Business English
  • 2+ years in similar roles
  • Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, eager to learn new things.
  • Good communication skills, hard and smart working, enthusiasm.
  • We need all candidates to understand and share our vision and core values.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive Salary
  • Salary review twice a year (Salary change from Jan and July every year)
  • 13 month bonus
  • Working day: Monday to Friday with days off on public holidays
  • Working time is 9:00 - 17:30 with 30 min lunch break
  • Annual Leave is 12 days/year after probation period
  • Office Location: 18/40 Nguyen Cuu Van, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District
