Get to know the Role:
Responsible for sourcing candidates of car finance program for GrabCar platform from multiple sources; e.g. drivers who don’t have their own cars, taxi drivers, rental car drivers, etc.
Leverage various ways to find and source candidates; e.g. telemarketing, web marketing, referral, etc.
Achieve, and report on KPIs and milestones periodically to the team leader
The must haves:
Minimum Diploma degree from any fields
Relevant working experience, highly preferable
Experiences in automotive industry or auto finance such as loan, lease, etc. highly preferable
Result oriented mindset
Passion about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
