Get to know the Role:
The Acquisition Associate will conceptualize and execute offline and online programs that will enable the team to achieve driver acquisition targets.
The successful candidate knows funnel management, project management, campaign conceptualization and execution as well as measuring campaign effectiveness. Knowledge on performance marketing and digital marketing is a plus. He is a strong individual contributor and a team player.
The day-to-day activities:
- Create and execute programs to funnel cars and drivers in each step of the funnel
- Track campaign performance, monitoring targets versus actual results
- Create topline and detailed reports on campaign performance
- Ensure that campaigns and benefits are attractive to drivers and operators
- Work with onboarding teams to ensure seamless activation
- Align with front-facing teams on campaigns
- Monitor budget utilization for campaigns
- Monitor cost to acquire drivers and operators
- Work with teammates and other departments to execute projects
The must haves:
- Minimum Diploma degree, preferably in Management or Marketing-related courses
- Funnel Management
- Campaign Execution and Conceptualization
- Communications
- Excel and PowerPoint
- Campaign strategy development and execution
- Project and/or program management (at an organization level)
- Experience in working for a tech startup is a plus
- Experience in the transport sector is a plus
