Job requirement

  • Handle daily cash receipts and payments, bank transfers
  • Prepare, check, and manage input and output invoices
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable and payable
  • Review the validity and legality of accounting documents
  • Enter data and record accounting transactions into accounting software
  • Organize and archive accounting documents and records in compliance with regulations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Accountant Manager

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, with preference for graduates from UEH, UEL,...
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Willing to learn and proactive at work
  • Good English communication skills are an advantage.

  • Age: 22 - 25
  • Job type: Permanent
  • Probation time: 2 months
  • Working time: 07:40 - 16:35 (From Monday to Friday)
