Job requirement

  • Prepare debit note for credit-term customers and send to Marketing Team
  • Internal transfer fund from CTBC to MSB posting (FAST)
  • Issue commission invoice to HQ
  • Make payment to vendor twice a month (15th and 25th)
  • Issue invoice LOLO commission to vendors and make LOLO report weekly
  • Post exchange rate to Portal system relating to SGA payment (for whole SGA payment transaction)
  • SGA report monthly
  • Issue payment list on Portal
  • Input invoices to ILIS system
  • Contact HQ to solve any queries relating to claiming SGA
  • Process documents for claiming money from HQ for transaction paid by vessel's owner
  • Other related jobs/reports according to instructions of HQ, MGM and Leader
