Accountant / Nhân viên kế toán

· Transaction Processing & VAT: Receive, verify, and process invoices, checks, purchase orders, and expense reports.

· Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets, and maintain an orderly financial filing system (both digital and physical).

· Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage both incoming bills (payables) and outgoing customer invoices/payments (receivables).

· Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations by comparing internal records with statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.

· Reporting and Audits: Assist with the preparation of various financial reports, and gather documentation to support internal and external audits.

· General Clerical Support: Perform basic office tasks

·         Background in Accounting

·         2-3 years experience accounting in manufacturing environment

·         English/ Chinese speaking
