Job requirement

Job Description:
- Record and verify all journal entries.
- Reconcile and maintain the accuracy of balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Account/bank reconciliations.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Benefits:

- Salary: 10,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/ month + 13th month bonus (depending on performance)
- The company will pay for relocation/moving expenses to move closer to the company - (at least 15 minutes or 7km away from the office)
- Up to 2,500,000 VND monthly allowance for rent if you move closer to the company (for the 1st year)
- 250,000 VND meal reimbursement when working late (overtime)
- 100,000 VND monthly allowance for phone / 4g
- 100,000 VND monthly allowance for gas if live farther than 7km
- Year-end all-expense paid Company Trip
- US & Vietnam holidays observed

- Weekend overtime is 2X to 3X salary

Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm.
- Saturday: 8am -12pm (as needed).

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, and spreadsheet applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
