Account Payable

Key Responsibilities

• Post Journal entry: allocate expenses, reclassify expenses
• Take care of petty cash and cash count minutes
• Check & verify the invoices, send the payment instructions to bank (for local payment)
• Handle the advance to employees, vendors, Corporate Card, deposit and follow up to settle the outstanding balance.
• Support in processing the payment both for oversea
• Support in booking the payroll transactions, making payment and reconciliation the balance for the accounts related to payroll.
• Bank accounts reconciliation and report
• Support in issuing the invoices to the customers, follow up the account receivable, reconcile customers statement
• Support with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
• Handle the overheads report, analysis the variance with the previous months
• Assist with month-end activities and financial reports
• Assist with internal & external audits
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance
• Accounting knowledge/ basic in module AR/ AP/ Bank/ Sales / Payroll
• Experience in using SAP or ERP is a plus
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Able to communicate in English
• Teamwork spirit, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude
• Strong mindset of learning and development, detail-oriented, analytical skills
