Get to know the Role:
Account Operations is the backbone of our business, we are looking for a strong leader to ensure that client success is paramount in our organization
To perform this role well candidate needs to have a strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to create and follow process, and a track record of solid leadership
The day-to-day activities:
Manage account operations teams to ensure we stick within SLAs and follow processes
Troubleshoot any issues faced by the team and find adequate solutions by building relationships with the tech team
Ensure team responds to client inquiries/complaints in a quick and efficient manner
Go above and beyond to delight our customers
Liaise with finance team to ensure timely customer billing
Support team with administrative tasks
Manage an Account Management team
The must haves:
Prior 3-6 years of sales operations experience, direct client facing experience is a must
At least 2 year of experience managing a team
Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a start – up. Deep desire to excel and develop a career in sales
Ability to effectively multiple clients, manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
