Job requirement

  • Developing & maintaining relationships with new & existing customers & assigned accounts.
  • Proactively identify, searching, approaching potential customers in target industries through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, industry events, and seminars- meet clients, present products & services and close sales.
  • Acting as reference contact between the Company and the existing & potential new customers.
  • Collaborate with departments to prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and service implementation plans.
  • Work closely with the operating team & company resources to ensure efficient & stable sales results.
  • Keep up to date with the market trends, competitors, latest techniques on social media and contact center industry.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • WORK LOCATION: 4 Floor, 123 Cong Hoa, Bay Hien Ward, HCMC

  • WORKING TIME: Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position: Relationship Manager, Sales, Account Manager, KAM, Client Success, Customer Success, Consultant 
  • Data analysis skills are an advantage · Requires ability to work in detail 
  • Good calculation ability, accurate in data · Writing and presentation skills 
  • Plus, points if you have the following skills: Client Management, Planning, Reporting, Presentation, Communication, Consulting · 
  • Proven track record in identifying and closing deals with new clients. 
  • University graduate or higher, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration 
  • Good English communication and writing, equivalent to IELTS 6.5
