  • Understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Make clear order to the technical team for developing proposal to the customer responding to their requirements and cooperate in the process of revising quotes or proposal
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up calls
  • Identify opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through constantly contacting with the customers and potential customers
  • Promote a portfolio of products by written presentation about the product based on the literature provided by manufacturers
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals
  • Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, based on, or use of the advice from engineer teams
  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets
  • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
  • Provide good customers care, utilize the support from back sales team and engineer team, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
  • Handle hardware or software problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues

- Working Time: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

- Monthly Salary: 800–1,500USD

  • Gender: any
  • Age: 25-40
  • Education: Bachelor
  • English: business level
  • Computer: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • 2+ year of'work experience as Account Manager in service/consulting industry
  • Good skills in sales and marketing, customer care, project management, communication and negotiation

* Preferable Requirements:

  • Work experience in IT industry
  • Knowledgeable about ICT, IT system integration, updated IT technology
  • Personality: collaborative, supportive, detailed, honest, reliable, hard working
