Account Management (Operations) Assistant Manager, GrabRewards

Get to know the Role:

• Develop Merchant performance tracking

• Track inventory levels on partner rewards

• Liaise with merchants on restocking inventory

• Present data analysis on partner redemptions

• Negotiations on tier specific merchant deals

• Provide performance reports to merchants on regular basis

• Track performance against Grab OKR targets

• Work with marketing on engagement/redemption strategies

• Ensure all documentation is recorded and tracked as according to Grab internal audit requirements

• Assist on merchant operations issues when required
