Get to know the role:

You will be the primary account manager for GrabExpress in Hanoi, working closely with partners who are headquartered in the region. Your role will encompass contract negotiations, onboarding, process improvements and growth optimization.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Partner acquisition: assist the HCM team in negotiating with and closing partners who are based in Hanoi, in addition to your own leads
  • Relationship building: continuously engage our partners (including site visits), listen to their feedback and recommend solutions to improve performance
  • Driving growth and revenue: Identify key drivers for growth to capture a greater share of our partners’ logistics needs
  • Cross-functional teamwork: Work in tandem with product, tech, operations, and commercial teams to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our partners
  • As the main PIC for GrabExpress in Hanoi, you will provide regular updates to the central team in HCM on partnership status, recommendations for improvement, market intelligence, logistics trends and other crucial insights.

The must haves:

  • At least 4-5 years experience in related role (such as sales, account management, business development)
  • Experienced in handling and dealing with partners & customers effectively
  • Exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnerships
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and handle pressure in constantly changing environment
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for the logistics industry and on-demand delivery space
