Job requirement

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients of the company.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs, business objectives, and provide tailored marketing/advertising solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery and effective issue resolution.
  • Manage and guide a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure high performance and service quality.
  • Allocate resources, monitor project timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Train and develop the team to enhance professional capabilities.
  • Develop strategies to approach and expand the client portfolio, focusing on the company’s strategic industries.
  • Propose creative ideas and integrated marketing strategies to meet clients’ business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to provide solutions for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Creative, Media, Digital, etc.) to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively.
  • Track, evaluate, and report campaign performance (KPIs) to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects adhere to budgets and achieve optimal ROI.
  • Participate in high-level meetings to contribute ideas and shape strategic directions for Prime Commerce.
  • Support the CEO/Managing Director in developing new business opportunities and enhancing the company’s market brand.

Job requirement

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the Agency industry (advertising/marketing), with at least 3-5 years in a senior client management role (Account Director or equivalent).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels (Digital, Social Media, ATL, BTL, IMC etc.) and campaign performance measurement tools.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strategic, creative thinking and market trend sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
